No. Your website care plans gives you access to dedicated support time each month. You are retaining our services. We allocate appropriate resources to your support time and only take on a limited amount of care plans each month so we can offer the best support possible. At the end of each month, your support time expires if not used.
Our Care Plans are designed to protect your site from hacking and breakdowns. Despite our best efforts though, things can still go awry. It’s just part of the fun and games of websites and the internet. That’s why we take daily backups or your site as an insurance policy of sorts. In the event your site suffers a major catastrophe, we have a squeaky clean backup of the site that is never more than 24 hours old. So you can rest assured that we have got you covered.
You can use support time for content updates (eg. adding, deleting, updating, images, copy, products etc), minor design updates, or any update to the website that fits within you allocated support time for the care plan you are on. Support time can also be used for Digital Coaching Calls or Consulting calls. Unlimited Ticket Support is included on all plans so if you don’t want to use your Support Time on a phone call, then you can just raise a support ticket. Support Hours cannot be used for the following:
- Website hosting
- Domain name registration
- Graphic design services
- Major design changes
- Photography / Stock Photos
- SEO or SEM services
- New websites
As a general rule, adding new functionality to your site will most likely not be covered by your care plan as it will most likely go over your allocated time and a quote will need to be generated for your approval.
Your website is not a ‘set and forget’ scenario. It should grow and evolve as your business does. Otherwise, it’s just an expensive brochure. Our Web Manage and Web Growth Plans include a Monthly Digital Strategy Call. These calls are used by clients to brainstorm strategies to get more out of your website, discuss recommendations for continued improvement and for training and education. These are scheduled calls and are done via Skype.
If you have need more support time than what is included on your plan, then we will advise you and provide a separate quote for your approval. If the time is only marginally over your allocated support hours we will waive any additional charges. Additional hours if deemed necessary will be charged at a discounted rate of $135 per hour (std rate is $165 per hour). If the requirement is more than 10 hours work, this will be deemed a New Project and will be quoted on a fixed cost basis. You can also upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time if your needs change.

Our Website Care Plans have different levels of support to suit your needs and budget. Basic Support means we will respond to your request within 2 hours or less, Premium Support means we will respond to your request within 30 minutes or less. Support is offered between 8.30am - 5.30pm AEST. If you required 24 hour Support, then a custom care plan might be required.
